Contract for manufacture and sale of custom pageant attire: I, Christa Santos of Little Sparkles.com, am entering into a contract with __________________________ (hereafter identified as ?the buyer?), to custom design and produce a garment as described below for the purpose of wearing in beauty pageant competitions.    Payment for this garment will be the total sum of $_________, paid in one or more installments as agreed upon below, with no less than 50% being paid as a deposit before work begins, and the total amount paid in full before the garment will be delivered. If garment does not fit properly due to the buyer?s error, I will make alterations or remake at the buyers additional request and expense. If an exact color specification is to be made, I require a physical sample of the color desired. If  no sample is sent, the exact color is not guaranteed. Refund policy: Once contract is signed, deposit has been received, and work has begun, a full refund will not be made.  Partial refunds may be offered on an individual circumstantial basis, and only due to an error on my part.  Refund will not be given until the garment is back in my possession, and in the original condition it was delivered in.  I am not responsible for damage during shipping, and therefore shipping insurance is required.  No refunds will be made once garment has been in the buyer?s possession over a weekend (Friday through Sunday).
